Shipping & Returns
Return Policy: We gladly accept returns or exchanges of most items within 45 days of purchase accompanied with a receipt. All merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging. Please note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc) may not be returned less than 7 days prior to the holiday.
Additional restrictions may apply to certain items including but not limited to masks, wigs, hats, hosiery, lingerie, makeup and cosmetics.
Halloween Merchandise: No returns or exchanges will be accepted after October 24th.
Online Order Returns: Online orders may be returned in store or through the the following process:
- Please include your item(s) in your package along with your invoice.
- Ship your item(s) back to: Nick Nackery 201 E Virginia St, Evansville, IN 47711
- All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
- Please request a tracking number for your returned package.
- For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
Please note: We cannot refund the original or return shipping charges.
Online Order Exchanges: First, place a new order for the replacement item(s) you'd like. You need to place a new order so that we can be sure to have inventory what you want and so we can send the items right away.
Once your new order is placed, you can return the original order for a refund.
